These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the buah4d platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and buah4d. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one buah4d account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts registered under false identities will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on buah4d at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. buah4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances in such cases.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. buah4d is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. buah4d will treat al l activity conducted through your account as authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
All accounts on buah4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Once set at registration, the account currency cannot be changed. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR.
buah4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawal of funds from your Account is not permitted until KYC verification has been successfully completed. buah4d reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to or following any transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits are subject to change at buah4d's discretion and may vary based on account verification status and Player tier.
Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically credited to the Player's account within 5–15 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited instantly. buah4d is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.
Withdrawal requests are processed by buah4d during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Most withdrawals to local bank accounts are completed within 5–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside business hours or during public holidays may experience delays. buah4d does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, the Player's bank may apply its own transaction charges.

By depositing funds on buah4d, you warrant that the funds originate from a legitimate source and are entirely your own. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party, nor use funds derived from illegal activities.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by buah4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible game categories, and minimum odds restrictions are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
buah4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between accounts, exploitation of software errors or miscalculated odds, and systematic exploitation of free-bet or cashback structures. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
buah4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively disadvantage Players who have already accepted a bonus under the original terms. Seasonal promotions may be offered in connection with Indonesian holidays and sporting events, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and BRI Liga 1 fixtures.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts or methods constitutes bonus abuse under clause 6.3.
All games available on buah4d — including sports betting, live dealer casino, togel (numbers lottery) draws, slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles, and sabung ayam (cockfighting) live streams — operate under certified rules and independently audited random number generation (RNG) or live-feed integrity standards. buah4d does not alter game outcomes, payout rates, or odds in response to individual player activity.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during gameplay, buah4d reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Winnings derived from a game round that was affected by a verifiable malfunction are not payable. The Platform displays a "malfunction voids all pays and plays" notice within all applicable game interfaces.
Sports betting markets on buah4d — including pre-match and live in-play markets for BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other competitions — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, buah4d will apply its standard event-settlement rules, which are published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. For live in-play markets, odds fluctuate in real time. buah4d operates under "bet confirmation at the time of placement" — the odds displayed and accepted at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the buah4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the buah4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of buah4d or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. buah4d provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, and events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. buah4d shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.
Gambling involves financial risk. buah4d is not liable for any betting losses incurred by Players through normal use of the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to manage their wagering activity within their personal financial means. We strongly encourage all Players to set deposit and loss limits via our responsible-gaming tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, buah4d's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding gambling losses.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit buah4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your buah4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals must be settled and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must either be completed or forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned via the Player's registered payment method following successful KYC, subject to our standard withdrawal process.

Upon account closure, your license to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which buah4d holds its international gaming license. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
